ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND
We accept refund requests only under the following conditions:

- The item is unused and in its original packaging
- Photo or video evidence of the issue is provided at the time of request

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

2. Include your order number and clear photos or video showing the issue
3. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
- Items that have been opened or used
- Items not in their original condition or packaging
- Requests submitted after 7 days of receipt
- Items purchased during final sale or promotional events

REFUND PROCESSING
Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

NO EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not offer product exchanges. In the case of defective or incorrect items, we will either issue a full refund or reship the correct product at no additional cost.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been confirmed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
